Brandon Stidham, founder of Stidham Construction Group, has spent his entire life in the construction industry. Growing up in his family’s residential and commercial construction business, he developed an early understanding of quality workmanship, accountability, and the importance of building lasting relationships with clients. Before attending college, Brandon worked as a heavy-equipment operator and manager for a leading site-preparation company, gaining valuable field and leadership experience that continues to shape his hands-on approach to construction.

In 2010, Brandon earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering and began a career in heavy civil and marine construction. He obtained his Professional Engineer license in 2014 and has since played a key role in delivering complex, large-scale bridge and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Brandon has personally managed projects totaling as much as $500 million and has contributed to more than $1.1 billion in completed and ongoing construction work.

In 2026, Brandon obtained his Florida Certified General Contractor license and founded Stidham Construction Group to bring his extensive engineering, construction-management, and field experience to residential and commercial clients. His approach combines the disciplined planning and technical expertise required for major infrastructure projects with the personal attention, craftsmanship, and integrity clients expect from a trusted local builder.
